Who Leads EmberNova Digital
Rachel Crow is the founder and systems architect behind EmberNova Digital.
Her career began in the construction industry, where she started as an electrical apprentice and worked her way into operations leadership. Along the way, she developed firsthand experience with estimating, project documentation, production workflows, process management, accountability, and the day-to-day challenges that business owners face as organizations grow.
Technology followed a parallel path. In 2008, Rachel began formal studies in computer programming and design while continuing to build her operations career. What started as a long-standing interest in technology evolved into a professional focus on helping businesses modernize systems, improve visibility, reduce risk, and create stronger operational foundations.
Today, Rachel combines decades of operational experience with expertise in website modernization, digital infrastructure, automation, technical SEO, cybersecurity awareness, and practical AI implementation. Her work focuses on helping businesses gain greater control over the systems they depend on while reducing bottlenecks, improving efficiency, and supporting long-term growth.
Through EmberNova Digital, she helps organizations modernize outdated websites, strengthen digital ownership, improve lead handling, implement workflow automation, and create scalable systems that evolve alongside the business.
Rachel holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and is an ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) professional and NARI Certified Remodeling Project Manager (CRPM). She continues to study emerging technologies, automation, cybersecurity, and AI integration to help clients make practical technology decisions that support real business outcomes.
