Different businesses. Different problems. Connected solutions.

The strongest projects rarely fit into one service box. These examples show how operating decisions, systems, software, and digital infrastructure often need to be addressed together.

Custom Cabinetry Direct + The Cabinet Collective

Building the operating and technology systems behind a growing multi-division business

EmberNova Digital helped restructure an established cabinetry business into a connected, multi-division operating ecosystem spanning seven launched divisions, CRM and referral workflows, Microsoft 365 and domain infrastructure, partner attribution, and custom SaaS planning for TCC Pro.

Challenge

The challenge was not simply building another website. The business needed to preserve what was already working while creating a clearer structure across CCD, TCC, multiple digital properties, partner relationships, CRM data, email infrastructure, referrals, and future software.

What We Did

Strategic Operations

  • Defined how CCD and TCC work together
  • Structured the multi-division operating model
  • Developed referral and trade-partner pathways
  • Defined partner attribution, commission, pricing, and future payout workflows
  • Planned how leads and partners move across the business

Systems & Engineering

  • Rebuilt the 32-page Custom Cabinetry Direct platform and built the larger The Cabinet Collective digital ecosystem
  • Built and connected The Cabinet Collective platform
  • Created partner-specific referral paths and attribution
  • Structured HubSpot CRM for partner acquisition and tracking
  • Built repeatable prospect and contact workflows
  • Began architecture and development planning for TCC Pro, a custom SaaS partner platform
  • Structured systems supporting seven launched TCC divisions and four active TCC Pro partners

Digital Infrastructure

  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Shared mailboxes
  • Domains and DNS
  • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
  • HubSpot email infrastructure
  • Access and ownership controls
  • WordPress security remediation and platform hardening

What Changed

Before

  • Single-brand structure carrying most of the business
  • Disconnected digital properties
  • Informal referral relationships
  • Limited attribution
  • Fragmented email and domain infrastructure
  • No dedicated partner software

After

  • Connected multi-division operating model
  • CCD preserved as a valuable business and acquisition channel
  • TCC established as the broader ecosystem
  • Referral and trade-partner workflows structured and trackable
  • CRM and email infrastructure connected to the partner model
  • TCC Pro being developed around business rules already operating in the real business

PROOF:

A cabinetry business expanded into a seven-division operating ecosystem:

  • 7 launched divisions
  • shared CRM and Microsoft 365 infrastructure
  • partner attribution and referral systems
  • TCC Pro custom SaaS in development

The result is a more connected operating environment where brands, divisions, partners, websites, CRM data, communications, and future software can function as parts of one business instead of isolated tools and processes.

Blue Collar Weaponry

Rebuilding a complex commerce platform around how the business actually operates

Blue Collar Weaponry had outgrown the digital setup behind its growing product line, dealer relationships, customer accounts, and ordering process.

The problem was larger than appearance. The catalog structure, commerce logic, hosting environment, ownership, and workflows behind the website needed to better match how the company actually sells and supports its products.

Challenge

BCW needed one platform capable of supporting technical product data, multiple product families, dealers, wholesale relationships, customer accounts, services, manufacturing information, custom work, and an ordering process that could not be handled by a conventional online checkout.

What We Did

Systems & Engineering

  • Rebuilt the WooCommerce product architecture
  • Created structured product categories, attributes, and relationships
  • Built customer accounts and order-history capability
  • Created dealer and service inquiry pathways
  • Configured a multi-item order-request workflow instead of forcing online payment
  • Structured the system so products and configuration options can expand without rebuilding the platform

Digital Infrastructure

  • Recovered the previous WordPress/WooCommerce environment
  • Migrated production to managed hosting
  • Restored and configured domains, DNS, SSL, and backups
  • Resolved migration and database conflicts
  • Moved key software licensing into business-owned accounts
  • Added security tooling and improved access, ownership, and recovery readiness

What Changed

Before

  • Aging and previously recovered WooCommerce environment
  • Weak catalog structure
  • Limited dealer functionality
  • Standard storefront model that did not fit the sales process
  • Fragmented ownership and infrastructure
  • Difficult expansion path

After

  • Structured commerce and catalog system
  • Multi-item order-request workflow
  • Customer accounts and order history
  • Dealer and wholesale intake
  • Dedicated service and manufacturing pathways
  • Cleaner hosting, ownership, and recovery structure
  • Platform ready for additional products and configurations

PROOF:

Commerce infrastructure rebuilt around direct and dealer sales:

  • Separate dealer and direct-customer workflows
  • structured product taxonomy
  • customer account and inquiry systems
  • recovery-ready, client-controlled infrastructureP

The result is a more maintainable commerce platform organized around how BCW actually sells, supports, and manages its products.

Spreck Construction Consulting

Spreck Construction Consulting had decades of construction experience and strong referral relationships, but the business needed clearer positioning, defined service pathways, and a more repeatable system for turning expertise and referrals into advisory work.

Challenge

The issue was not simply visibility. The business needed to clearly communicate what Michael Spreckelmeier does, give different referral sources and clients recognizable ways to engage him, and create a system for managing prospects, outreach, follow-up, and recurring advisory work without relying on memory or informal processes.

What We Did

Strategic Operations

  • Repositioned the business around independent construction advisory
  • Defined six service pathways
  • Structured referral and professional-audience pathways
  • Developed reusable advisory frameworks and operating materials
  • Built clearer processes for recurring outreach and follow-up

Systems & Engineering

  • Structured HubSpot CRM for prospect and relationship management
  • Built attorney outreach and segmentation workflows
  • Created campaign controls and follow-up processes
  • Established repeatable prospecting and contact-management systems

Digital Infrastructure

  • Reworked website positioning and service architecture
  • Strengthened conversion paths for advisory services
  • Connected CRM, email, and outreach infrastructure
  • Supported analytics and ongoing digital management

What Changed

Before

  • Broad construction-consulting positioning
  • Referral activity managed largely through individual relationships
  • Limited service-path clarity
  • No repeatable outreach system
  • No structured CRM operating model

After

  • Six defined advisory pathways
  • Clearer positioning around Independent Construction Advisor services
  • Repeatable CRM and outreach system
  • Better segmentation across attorneys, homeowners, real-estate professionals, and referral sources
  • Reusable operating structure that supports ongoing advisory work

PROOF:

A referral-driven advisory business moved from informal relationships to a governed pipeline:

  • 6 defined service pathways
  • governed CRM and referral pipeline
  • attorney-channel outreach system
  • 3 of the first 4 new leads converted into paid projects within the first 30 days

The result is a more defined advisory business with clearer ways to engage, stronger follow-through, and operating systems that support growth without requiring every opportunity to be managed informally.

Mindful Design SWFL

Turning a design practice into a more structured, scalable client and referral system

Modern open-concept living room and kitchen with wood floors, black chairs, and warm lighting

Challenge

The business needed more than a stronger website. It needed clearer service architecture, better pathways for different audiences, stronger regional positioning, and systems that could support ongoing growth without rebuilding the client experience every time a new service, market, or partnership was added.

What We Did

Strategic Operations

  • Clarified service and audience pathways across residential, professional, trade, speaking, and workshop work
  • Structured regional positioning across Southwest Florida markets
  • Developed repeatable content and visibility workflows
  • Organized intake, scheduling, and referral pathways around how the business actually works
  • Supported expansion into new service and partnership opportunities

Systems & Engineering

  • Built repeatable workflows for content planning, publishing, and multi-channel distribution
  • Structured intake and scheduling pathways
  • Connected recurring marketing and business-development activity to a more consistent operating cadence
  • Created reusable systems for supporting professional and trade audiences

Digital Infrastructure

  • Built and expanded the Squarespace website around multiple service and audience pathways
  • Added dedicated Dura Supreme dealer positioning
  • Added speaking and workshop pathways
  • Added professional and trade partner content
  • Strengthened regional pages, internal structure, and conversion paths
  • Supported analytics, search visibility, and ongoing digital management

What Changed

Before

  • Website positioned the business more narrowly
  • Limited distinction between audience types and service pathways
  • Fewer structured routes for professional, trade, speaking, and regional opportunities
  • Content and visibility activity were less systematized
  • Growth into new services required more ad hoc explanation

After

  • Clearer architecture for multiple audiences and service lines
  • Dedicated dealer, speaking, workshop, and professional pathways
  • Stronger regional positioning across priority Southwest Florida markets
  • More repeatable intake, scheduling, and content workflows
  • A digital foundation that can support new offers and market expansion without starting over

PROOF:

A growing design practice expanded into a more structured operating and digital system:

  • Multiple service and audience pathways organized within one business structure
  • Dura Supreme dealer, professional-partner, and speaking/workshop pathways established
  • Intake, scheduling, publishing, and client-facing workflows made more repeatable
  • Regional positioning extended across Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Marco Island

The result is a more connected operating foundation that can support additional services, partnerships, audiences, and opportunities without rebuilding the business around each one.
